Following a day and a half of intensive presentations and peer exchange, the live presentation phase of the Landing 2025 Annual Case Selection successfully concluded on January 31, 2026, at Shanghai Landing Building. From criminal and civil collaborative strategies for protecting trade secrets of listed companies, to cutting-edge disputes on the accelerated expiration of shareholder capital contribution liabilities under the background of the new Company Law; from leading the non-litigation execution of cross-border investment and financing projects worth hundreds of millions of yuan, to building a multi-national cross-border data compliance system for large enterprises; from the wisdom of non-litigation mediation demonstrated in marriage and family cases, to exploring the first path for rights protection of the emerging short-drama industry going overseas... The participating cases covered extensive fields such as criminal, civil and commercial, intellectual property, maritime, data compliance, cross-border investment, family, and administrative law. This is not only a collection of case-handling achievements, but also a portrayal of the comprehensive capabilities of Landing lawyers in responding to various complex and novel legal needs.

The live competition is not only a display of achievements, but also a proving ground for genuine insights. In a mere 8 minutes, each speaker concisely presented the "soul" of the case. Closely following were sharp questions from ten senior judges. The professional judging panel for this event was jointly composed of Senior Partners at Landing: Attorney Liu Yuxiu, Attorney Pu Guiping, Attorney Sun Yun, Attorney Zhang Kai, Attorney Zhan Weiguang, Attorney Ye Xiang, Attorney Wang Guanghao, Attorney He Xiaoli, Attorney Huang Runsheng, as well as Professor Shang Jiangang, a Master's Supervisor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
