Jointly established by the Department of Justice of Jiangsu Province, the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Justice, and the Gulou District People's Government, the Jiangsu (Nanjing) Foreign-Related Legal Service Center officially opened in October 2025. It serves as a vital platform for Jiangsu to enhance foreign-related legal service capabilities and safeguard local enterprises "going global." Director Yixing Liu highly commended the Center’s innovative model of pooling high-quality legal resources and streamlining service delivery channels.

Following the center tour, Director Yixing Liu and his delegation visited the Jiangsu Representative Office of the Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Centre (Singapore). They conducted an on-site exploration of the representative office's operational model, business footprint, and international arbitration service system, holding in-depth technical discussions on key issues and practical challenges in cross-border legal practice.

This exchange strengthened mutual trust and foundation for future collaboration between Shanghai Landing Law Offices and the Jiangsu Representative Office of the Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Centre (Singapore).
