Attorney Tang Xiang serves as Deputy Director of the International Investment and Trade Department and Head of the Europe Business Group at Landing Law Offices. He is a founding member of the European Chinese Arbitration Association (ECAA), a member of the International Bar Association, and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hongkou District Lawyers Association, Shanghai.

Before joining Landing, Tang worked for ten years at a leading German commercial law firm, where he became a partner and was stationed in Germany and Austria during 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Tang specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investment and financing, bond issuance, and banking and finance. He has extensive experience in cross-border legal services, having represented:

-DZ Bank’s PE subsidiary in cross-border M&A projects
