Attorney He Xiaoli serves as a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Henan Provincial People’s Congress Supervision and Judicial Committee, a part-time professor at the School of Civil, Commercial, and Economic Law, Henan University of Finance and Law, and an expert in the Talent Pool of the Zhengzhou Petition Bureau. She is also an executive director of the Henan Law Society’s Civil Law and Commercial Law Research Association, a specially appointed expert of the Henan Province Registered Cost Engineers Association, one of the first batch of engineering cost and bidding dispute mediators in Henan, and a member of the 6th Arbitration Panel of the Zhengzhou Arbitration Commission.
