This case is the first successfully mediated case entrusted by the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court to the Shanghai Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO Shanghai Center For Arbitration and Mediation).
• Represented Shanghai DataCVG Software System Co., Ltd. (NSS 43043) in a dispute over a technical service contract (computer software) against Impro (China) Limited. The case involved: BW processing chain, ETL technology, disk space and other software and hardware technologies. Mr. Zhang helped the client to achieve its litigation goals with her solid technical background in science and technology, and eventually the litigation demands were supported in full.

The case was debated in terms of full respect for the rights and interests of users, clear labelling of the source of the logo, the reasonable degree of the mode of functioning, and the depth of involvement in the online shopping transaction, which is of typical significance for the principle of honesty and trust and the recognised commercial ethics of the Internet.
• Represented SKECHERS U.S.A, INC II in a dispute over trademark infringement against Huasuli (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd., which resulted in a final judgment of compensation of 2 million RMB after the first and second trials, as well as the realization of all-around legal protection of "Skechers" through administrative complaints..
