• Fully led the legal affairs of a second-phase factory construction project for a Kunshan company, comprehensively reviewing documents involving finance, engineering, procurement, customs, and administrative approval, and participating in related negotiations to ensure the smooth progress of the company's project construction.
• Fully participated in the industry reorganization project led by the China Development Bank, involving Kunshan I Company, Shanghai S Company, and Beijing B Company, and participated in due diligence investigations of each company, designed and demonstrated reorganization plans, assisted in negotiations between project parties, and reviewed and approved project confidentiality agreements, joint venture contracts, articles of association, and other documents.
