Responsible for a series of dispute cases related to a supply chain finance project (valued at nearly RMB 5 billion) between a supplier and a large e-commerce group, including contract dispute cases between the supplier and the large e-commerce group, overseas litigation cases involving the supplier and its actual controller's guarantee contract, and a series of litigation or arbitration cases involving investors, etc.
Responsible for a series of dispute cases related to a fund project (valued at nearly RMB 1 billion) of a large Chinese internet gaming listed company, including execution and withdrawal cases of the arbitration case for this project, overseas execution cases of the arbitration case for this project, participation in the bankruptcy and reorganization case applied by the listed company, etc.
Responsible for a series of dispute cases related to a fund project (valued at RMB 500 million) of a holding company of a domestic pharmaceutical listed company, including cases where the fund manager sued the holding company and its actual controller, arbitration cases involving investors of this fund project, etc.
