Ms. Hu Ying is a licensed practicing lawyer in China, holding both a California bar license and a CPA qualification in China. Since joining Landing, she has focused her practice on domestic and cross-border civil and commercial disputes, with particular expertise in legal matters involving transaction risk management, operational compliance, and intellectual property protection for enterprises in international trade, cross-border e-commerce, etc. Her legal services include but are not limited to advisory counseling, international arbitration, and foreign-related litigation.

In international investment and financing matters, she has assisted Chinese enterprises in expanding into Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia. When providing non-litigation legal services, she integrates fiscal and tax considerations and combines her experience in litigation to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.

• Frequently represented domestic trading enterprises in handling contractual disputes over sales contracts with overseas buyers;
• Represented overseas enterprises in domestic courts for disputes over sales contracts and unjust enrichment;
• Represented a Hong Kong company in initiating arbitration at the SIAC over a sales contract dispute for medical equipment, securing a favorable award and recovering payment for goods for the client;
• Represented French clients in initiating arbitration at the SIAC over equity transfer contract disputes, obtaining a favorable award, followed by enforcement settlement;
• Represented a leading enterprise in an Amazon industry in handling overseas intellectual property disputes and domain name dispute resolution;
• Represented a Chinese company in initiating arbitration at the HKIAC over the return of foreign-related investment funds.

International Investment and Trade (Chinese Consultant):

• Provided consulting services for multiple Chinese brands considering entering target markets including the U.S. and Indonesia;
• Offered data compliance services for website construction in the U.K. and Malaysia to a Chinese TikTok data service provider;
• Served as the perennial legal, HR, and fiscal advisor for the Indonesian subsidiary of a Chinese listed pharmaceutical enterprise;
