From September 2005 to January 2009, Mr. Li spent more than 4 years working with Sparrow & Trieu Solicitors and Burton & Ho LLP in the UK, mainly engaged in commercial and residential real estate transactions, PRC investment, investment promotion in the UK AIM market. He has a deep understanding of legal services and cultural exchanges between UK and China.
He returned China in January 2009 and practiced law in JunHe LLP and Dentons LLP. Since his legal profession in China, Mr. Li started to practice in corporate commercial areas, such as M&A, FDI and Liquidation, Securities and Capital Markets, Private Equity and Investment Funds, State-owned Enterprise (SOE) Restructuring and Property Rights Transactions, etc. He has provided legal services for numerous famous domestic and international corporation clients.
From October 2021, Mr. Li joined Landing Law Offices, and founded Dalian Office. He was currently the Managing Partner of Dalian Office, continued to provide corporate commercial legal services to clients.
