Throughout his legal career, Mr. Zhang has been engaged in numerous significant projects in the area of capital markets and M&A. These projects include, but are not limited to, the asset restructuring and short-term bond issuance of Magang (Group) Holding Co., Ltd. (listed on A+H shares), listing of Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, issuance of SOHO overseas priority notes, overseas bond issuance of Longfor Properties, dollar bond issuance of China Resources Power, dollar bond issuance of Chongqing Energy, overseas bond issuance of Inner Mongolia Expressway, joint venture project between the largest chicken producer in China, Fujixi Group (OSI), and Henan Dayong Farm, acquisition project of Carlyle Group for over ten logistics and warehousing bases, acquisition project of commercial and office land parcels of Fosun Group in the Yantai Development Zone, Shandong province, acquisition project of Shimao Group for Caojiadu Fanghui Plaza, leasing projects of IFC and IAPM office buildings and shopping malls by New World Development, acquisition project of Junfa Real Estate for Cuihu Land in Haidian District, Beijing, investment project of Bank of Construction City Investment in Tianjin Oil Services, and acquisition of over ten medical institutions by Yihua Health.
In asset management area, Mr. Zhang has also provided legal services for hundreds of trust and asset management projects, including, but not limited to, China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation Trust Fengli No. 1, Hangzhou Industrial and Commercial Trust Guangyuan No. 1, and Jinwu Zhiye Oasis Central Ring Commercial Property Income Rights ABS Project.
