Li Haibo is the Director of the Finance Department at Landing Law Offices. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law, a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, and a Doctorate in Applied Finance from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He also serves as an adjunct postgraduate supervisor for finance programs at East China University of Political Science and Law and the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.

Li Haibo’s practice focuses on financial regulation, investment and financing, and complex commercial dispute resolution. He has served as long-term legal counsel or project counsel for numerous listed companies, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and government institutions.

Gao Qiang is the Director of the Intellectual Property Department at Landing Law Offices and serves as an External Supervisor of the School of Law at Shanghai University. He was recognized as a Recommended Lawyer in Intellectual Property (Litigation) by the Chambers Greater China Region Legal Guide 2024, selected among “China’s Top 50 Intellectual Property Lawyers Under 50” in 2024, and named a “The A-List Legal Elite” by China Business Law Journal for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2025.
